What Is The Difference Between Proxies Servers,TOR, VPNs , Socks 4/5?

            Hello guys,
I hope you all are good at your home.

Today's topic is What Is The Difference Between VPN, Proxies,TOR, Socks 4/5?

When we surf any website, using an online application, any kind of tool and also the different kind of services which needs the internet then that all kinds of stuff catch our IP address on their server.

           Public IP address:

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) assigns you an external IP address when you connect to the Internet. When your web browser requests a webpage, it sends this IP address along with it. Your ISP uses this to know which of its customers are requesting which webpage. Also, any website that you visit will have access to this IP address.

Your external IP address is 162.158.165.28.

Every website also has an IP address of its own, though you never need to know them. When you type in the domain name, such as "www.google.com", a Domain Name Server (DNS) looks up the IP address for you, which is the real location of the website.

In this way, domain names are like human-friendly names pointing to machine-friendly IP addresses.

This is a Public IP address(
77.111.246.19).

           Local IP address:

If your computer is connected to a router with default settings, that router will automatically assign a local IP address to your computer. Your local IP address is hidden from the outside world and used only inside your private network. You generally don't need to know much about it unless you're trying to set up a game or web server.

The local IP address can change depending on what other devices are connected to the same network and in what order they were connected. Most network routers assign IP addresses starting at 192.168.1.2, and increment the last digit with each new device that connects. For example: If you turn on your computer first and it is the only device connected to your network, it will probably be assigned the local IP address 192.168.1.2.

Then if you turn on your laptop and connect to the network it will probably be assigned the local IP address 192.168.1.3. And so on and so forth (the IP address 192.168.1.1 is generally reserved for the router itself).

You can assign devices specific IP addresses in the router control panel so that a device will always receive the same local IP address when it connects. This is called a static local IP address. Consult your router manual for more information.

         Proxies or Proxy Servers

A proxy server is basically another computer which serves as a hub through which internet requests are processed. By connecting through one of these servers, your computer sends your requests to the server which then processes your request and returns what you were wanting. Moreover, in this way it serves as an intermediary between your home machine and the rest of the computers on the internet.

Proxies are used for a number of reasons such as to filter web content, to go around restrictions such as parental blocks, to screen downloads and uploads, and to provide anonymity when surfing the internet.

         How Proxy works?

            Why Use a Proxy?

If you are wanting to surf the web anonymously then proxies can provide you with a means to hide your home IP address from the rest of the world. By connecting to the internet through proxies, the home IP address of your machine will not be shown but rather the IP of the proxy server will be shown.

This can provide you with more privacy then if you were simply connecting directly to the internet. To clarify, there are a number of proxies that can provide you with service. For instance, we searched and found several.

Some are free and some charge a small fee, the choice is up to you but we have found that the paid services are more reliable, faster, and more secure.

Now you can see that when I connect my device via the proxy it is showing laser things compare to the above image.

Here you can see that I am connected via poxy, but you can see that in 2nd picture it is still showing that I am not using a proxy. That's amazing. You can access this website to get fee poxies.

TOR Browser

The Tor Browser is a web browser that anonymizes your web traffic using the Tor network, making it easy to protect your identity online. If you're investigating a competitor, researching an opposing litigant in a legal dispute, or just think it's creepy for your ISP or the government to know what websites you visit, then the Tor Browser might be the right solution for you.

A few caveats: Browsing the web over Tor is slower than the clearnet, and some major web services block Tor users. Tor Browser is also illegal in authoritarian regimes that want to prevent citizens from reading, publishing, and communicating anonymously.

Journalists and dissidents around the world have embraced Tor as a cornerstone of democracy online today, and researchers are hard at work improving Tor's anonymity properties.

Here you can see that  TOR Browser makes the chain of different IP addresses. It jumps from one IP to another IP. I am using TOR browser, but it is showing Firefox Browse, hiding my ISP, not showing my Hostname but here see the last option, this IP address is blacklisted means someone used this IP address for illegal work.
VPNs

A virtual private network, or VPN, is an encrypted connection over the Internet from a device to a network. The encrypted connection helps ensure that sensitive data is safely transmitted. It prevents unauthorized people from eavesdropping on the traffic and allows the user to conduct work remotely. VPN technology is widely used in corporate environments.

Here guys, you can see that I am connected via VPN and you can see that there are no ISP details, No domain name details.

Now when you are connected via VPN then it will change whole system's IP address while using TOR or Proxies it will just change the IP address which is going to the particular website, means it is just changing the IP address for the website which is surfing by you.

Another thing, never use free VPNs, because that VPNs provide you blacklisted IP address also and blacklisted IP address is very dangerous.

If you want to buy any VPN then never buy the VPN which is belonging to the USA. You buy Chinese, Russian, or Switzerland's VPN. The reason not to buying USA VPN is they are compromising with your privacy.

So I will suggest you to use Proton VPN:

SOCKS 4/5

SOCKS is an internet protocol that allows one device to send data to another via a third device. In other words, this third device would be called a SOCKS server or a SOCKS proxy.

SOCKS proxies are usually needed where a TCP connection is prohibited and data can be reached only through UDP. Sadly, in some cases, such a connection is generally used for illegal reasons, such as torrent streaming.

Fortunately, using SOCKS5 proxies is not illegal as they are just a tool that allows for a specific way to connect to the internet.

Let's try to understand this by an example and in easy language.

Eg: Assume that your pc or laptop is hacked by someone, now your Public IP address and Local IP Address is not blacklisted. So now hackers will use your device's IP address to do some illegal works. In short, devices that are hacked in the world are called as SOCKS.

Means, if your system is hacked by someone then that person is able to use your IP address to do some legal or illegal works.

And you have to buy these SOCKS by paid websites only, never buy any free SOCKS.
Because free SOCKS IP address can be blacklisted or dead SOCKS and you will get in danger after using free SOCKS.

This is the world's best website to buy paid SOCKS: http://www.vip72.com/

NOTE:- Guys, if you can't understand anything just write
